I do need to clarify something however. The sending of crystal shakti was never meant as an attunement or empowerment, in and of itself. I don't feel I am at that level yet. Since participating in Peggy's attunement last month, I have incorporated crystal shakti in my energy work. The friends I worked on in person really liked the energy. The next logical step was to take it " long distance " . This was an experiment in sending and receiving. The sending felt very similar to sending reiki energy, although it seemed to require much more focus, as I was sending more specific shakti, amplified when guided and changing to another shakti when appropriate. Visualizing the specific double helixes also required attention. On the other hand, my experience has been that the more you are exposed to a certain energy, the more you become attuned to it, so in a way it could be thought of as a step towards attunement.
