Yes a lot of people do not meditate and ground and do chakra balancing etc.

That is one of the reasons I added the automatic tune up to the crystal

empowerments , one of my missions is to encourage people to work on what might

be called basic spiritual hygiene so that continuing spiritual evolution is

natural .

I am not saying that the shared information is wrong, just that in my

experience it is not absolute , My experience is different and the thirty

five plus years of that experience is what I have to stand by people here

are encouraged to try everybody's teachings out and realize what works for

them personally.

I do respect much of Katrina Raphael's work ,She is so famous now that

everyone quotes and repeats her material often without credit so sometimes

multiple citations all lead back to the same source. I know that everyone

who channels receives through their own filters .

I'll admit That I am perhaps rather dismissive of the whole DNA reconnection

,Ascension , Planetary Guardian, Mercaba, Reborn Master, and other such

movements Though it is an interesting experience . I have done most of that

stuff and more and I don't impress me all that much, so perhaps I discount

that kind of credentials more than I should be doing.

My focus is on more mundane matters I'm of the enlightenment is found in daily

life school and those are the kind of things the guides tell me that I listen

to.

Sometimes people do get rather impressed or self impressed by all that stuff.

I try to ignore all that stuff when people try to lay it on me. My motto has

long been that if you want to see your spiritual master start by looking in

your mirror .

I am a Gemini With Sag rising and that does seem to incline me to resist

the idea that anything ever has only one right answer . Or that any one

answer is always right.

When you read the files you'll find I do a lot of " Bob says this and June

says that, and my experience is..., What is your experience? "

Any way keep sharing your experiences because then everyone will have the

opportunity to explore more possibilities and find what works for them .
