Thank you for sending the list of what you used to form the double helixes.

As each person would choose crystals in their own way - I appreciate this.

 

A little background as to how I prepared for this - and be aware that when I

do ritual or ceremony, or am the lucky receiver, as in this case, I tend to

go overboard. Saturday, I cleaned the house and cleared my crystals.

Sunday am I cut fresh flowers and placed them on my alter. I smudged the

house and myself, and did a chakra balancing meditation. Yes - I use candles.

In this case, I used four white candles. I placed a vanilla scented candle in

the middle, and four tea light candles, one in each of the four directions. O

asked for my Guides and Angels to be with me. I programed the rose quartz

that I wear on a leather string to bring me the highest good from the energy

being offered. I programed a clear quartz crystal to accept and flow the

energy, and placed it at my head, point up. I programed two smaller clear

quartz crystals to balance the energy being received, and placed them one at

each side, points out. I programed another clear quartz crystal to accept and

flow the energy, and placed it at my feet.

 

After I lay down, I placed the rose quartz pendant over my heart chakra. I

programed two rose quartz crystals to retain the memory of the attunement,

and held one in each hand.

 

What I remember from the attunement is energy arching between my hands, and a

yellow/white energy field extending from my body all around for about three

inches.

 

At the end of the attunement I picked the crystals up in the same order that

I had placed them, thanking them as I did so. I am still feeling a little

light headed, so I know that the healing was accepted.
