Confusion on terms leads to confusion on procedures, actions & results.

I'm curious about this part.

The above I read as, " stretch the forehead as in a Crown Pull " , but on second

thought I'm going...

" I'll bet Kris is referencing 'stretch open the 3rd eye outward from that Chakra

point in all 360 degrees like opening up the palm chakras when doing Liver

Ligament work " .

But then again on third thought I go, " Well, since she is referencing B 1 and

the liver neurovascular points, she could be just releasing tension from the

forehead BEFORE hooking up those energies... " Duh.

On fourth thought, I do know that just standing in the shower, letting hot water

beat down on the head as you deeply press B 1 and then deeply press/massage down

the out-sides of the nose and under the cheekbones to the openings of the ears

does help tremendously with any sinus condition.

On fifth thought, I do know that to open up the 3rd eye for psychic development

more than spreading the 3rd eye is necessary.

On sixth thought I'm going, " But Kris did NOT mention psychic development, but

just stated 'opening third eye' so I might be hallucinating what she really

meant " .

And I do this mental round-robin with every post I read on every list I belong

to.

OMO (one man's opinion)
