You can. It's YOU, Marcie! And Donna Drills from her books, from her DVD's, from her seminars, and from this LIST will help also. > I have the book Life Energy by John Diamond and compared it to > Donna's book. Ignore John Diamond's book, if you really want to learn energy and energy medicine. One day, in one of Donna's seminars, someone asked about him, and Donna BLURTED OUT, " he's WRONG! " , and then being the Fire/Earth that she is, did apologize for it. Donna does not talk bad about anyone. What Donna does is tell you what SHE SEES in the energies. That's good enough for me. I also have all of John Diamond's books. I love to see differences! > I see he calls triple warmer something else- thyroid meridian. > Donna seems to point to Spleen Meridian as the main factor behind > slow metabolism, hormonal problems, blood sugar, etc. No she doesn't. She points to negative emotions (stressors)that turn the Triple Warmer meridian on so you accidently go into fight, flight or freeze, which literally sucks the life out of all the OTHER MERIDIANS with the exception of the Heart Meridian. It's a protective response built into us to help us live longer and healthier, that has NOT been trained correctly. That's an entirely different story, and an entirely different process to correct. >but being hypothyroid myself, I was told that my thyroid was to >blame. It's not. It's TW over arousal. And long term TW over arousal causes much to happen that is NOT good for the body. So you need to normalize TW and train it when it is appropiate to kick into gear. It'll take awhile. Much on this in the back posts. >So if I strengthen Spleen but calm Triple Warmer won't I be doing >opposite of what I want, namely have energy and a normal body temp >again (not to mention lose weight)? Switch your sequence. By the way, just switching your sequence and NOT doing the 5 minute daily routine, will NOT help at all. > I also have weak adrenals and not sure how to strengthen them... A by-product of the above. > however, > Spleen meridian, as Donna describes it, seems to cover imbalances I > blamed on hypothyroid and hypoadrenia. > Ideas? Yep. But do the above first, and let's see what happens. ps.I used to have the same problems. Now I do my Donna Drills and most of those problems have healed themselves. But again, do the above and I'll give more. Is that fair? > Marcie : )
