Strengthening /Sedating points

Hi Doc, Hi Group:)

 

I was working on sedating and strengthening meridians last night.

 

As far as my understanding goes, what you're basically doing is using

your hands or mind to become sort of like a connection between two

meridians, allowing energy to flow to/from one meridian to another.

 

It becomes necessary to sedate meridians when they have too much

energy flowing through them. An example would be of kidney meridian

having too much energy flowing through it.

 

I worked on sedating my kidney meridian last night because since

lately, i've been having problems where my back would become really

sweaty when i was in social situations.

 

Another reason i wanted to do some strengthening was because i keep

having this pain in my lower back teeth and i remember Donna eden

mentioning something about how she worked on meridians to heal three

cavities on her own.

 

So, upon doing some digging, i found the chapter and the diagram for

the teeth. I found out that the painful tooth corresponds to my kidney

meridian.

 

One thing that i thought was weird was that she mentioned that she

sedated the meridian associated with the painful tooth daily for a

couple of weeks.

 

" Sedate? " I thought. Then i realized that having too much energy is

just a bad as having not enough energy.

 

I felt like there was a connection between my painful tooth and the

sweating in my back, which is always localized in the area of my kidneys.

 

So i did some more digging and i found a chapter in the book in which

donna described an experience with her daughter. She mentioned that

when she went to sedate her daughters kidney meridian, she could feel

fear flowing through her, fear which had been working the whole time

subconsciously. When she had finished sedating the meridian, the color

returned to her daughter's face.

 

Interesting. I'm definately get angry easily most of the time, but i

wouldn't say fearful.

 

Anyway, i went ahead and found the sedating points for kidney and went

to work sedaing it. After about three mintutes of holding the points,

i felt a strange sensation in my kidney region. It felt very warm. It

felt really good.

 

I continued to read through all the strengthening and sedating points

and i found a really cool paragraph: Spleen and heart should only be

STRENGTHENED.

 

So i go ahead and strengthen them.

 

Some hours later, i'm still looking at the Strenghtening/ sedating

points from both my EM book and TOuch for health manual. I notice a

strange feeling in my physical heart. For some reason, i thought it

might have to do with points i was playing around with.

 

So i search and in TFH, they mention that heart problems can be kidney

related.

 

Honestly, i was a bit scared and i thought i had taken too much energy

from kidney and that in turn was negativley impacting my heart.

 

So back i went to kidney, this time to strengthen it.

 

While i'm holding the points, something comes to mind:

 

" I thought having lots of kidney energy was good? I thought that

having too little kidney energy is what lead to hair loss and lower

back pain... "

 

All of this holding made me realize something: The laws that einstein

rediscovered seem to govern everything, even meridians.

 

Neat.

 

Has anyone used the strengthening/sedating points for anything cool?

 

Like enhancing physical ability or endurance?
