Guest guest
hello, i am looking for a printable acupuncture point chart of the human body, a frontal view is preferable. does anyone have one they can scan and send? maybe from a book? i have been looking all over the net and cant find anything. it is just for my own personal use, i wont be selling it or anything. i have another question...i am not an acupunctuist but i am planning on becoming one. I am now getting regular college credits out of the way so i can go to International Institute of in New Mexico. So i am wondering about schools, and if anyone has heard which ones are the best in the US. i am looking for an accreditted masters degree program in TCM, and i am very attracted to the concept of integrated medicine. and yet another question! i am preganant and have had an intense headache for three days. my tongue has a thick white-yellow coat, with teeth marks. i have been treated before for stomach ulcer...liver overacting on the stomach, spleen dificient, i believe..... i have no money hence i am asking for a little advice, perhaps a dietary solution safe for pregnancy? (the headache being my main complaint)) also what is the opinion on licorice root and pregnancy, as DGL has been very helpful for me in the past (for ulcers), and now i am afraid to take it. i am sure this isnt enough info but if anyone is able to advise me on it, that would be great. if you have a chart you can e-mail me, please send it to stirringleaf thanks, a different Debby----with a " Y "
Guest guest
In case you haven't noticed, the points shown on those charts are numbered. So you want all the points shown together? Personally, I think you'd be much better off memorizing all the points of each individual channel. It makes a world of difference. Lee Lieske http://www.lieske.com/5e.htm thank you, the whole website is really great! i hate to even ask but i have seen these excellent posters that show all the points on the human body, and usually they are numbered. i am looking for something like that and dont see it....i look forward to studying what i do see. let me know if i missed something though. thanks again, debby - Lee Lieske <capuaco <acupuncture > Tuesday, August 28, 2001 2:49 PM Re: acupuncture acupuncture chart & other ?'s > I got all the charts you need at my website. > > http://www.lieske.com/5e.htm > > I'm working on the newest section of my site " Study Guides " where I'll have larger (non-clear) versions of all the charts for increased printing options (printing on multiple pages, etc.). I'll also have printable pages for coloring to learn basic anatomy (musclular, circulatory, nervous, and skeletal). Guest guest
Lee, I checked out your site and wanted to say it is EXCELLENT, well done and thank you. There's the Journal of Online at http://www.jcm.co.uk/MOA/MOA.html which has the individual points and a discussion group about them. Also one of the BEST pages is Phil Roger's work. not for downloading charts but information loaded, quick " cookbook " and lots of links. http://homepage.tinet.ie/~progers/adtop.htm Ed Kasper L.Ac., Acupuncturist & Medicinal Herbalist Santa Cruz, California & www.happyherbalist.com e-mail eddy
