Guest guest
Thanks, Doc. It is really important to remember that TW is not the enemy. Phrasing it as "not it's fault" helps with that. It is indeed our decisions and lack of attention to what we need that needs to be looked at as well. Guest guest
Doc, Thank you so much for this very Informative and mind opening post. It came just when I needed it. It helped me so much that I am becoming aware of my thoughts that are causing my Triple warmer to become frozen. I used another drill that you taught on Demon States of Genius to get down to brass tacks so to speak. I took myself out of the " tornado " of emotions and stepped outside of it( or rather it stepped out of me!) and noticed what I noticed about it. There was a gold mine of information there waiting for me to notice. Paying attention seems to be the key to any energy work. Now that I know that I know what really is going on.. I can do something about it. Doc, I love the way you teach! That one drill that was used for Anger helped me find so many beagles! . it works on so much more. Yes the " What else can I do with this " saved the day again. Thanks again Doc!!!!!! Alex On 8/28/06, kahunamaker <kahunamaker wrote: Hi Sue, I loved your response, very good. Drosses are a natural process of body cleansing. What is happening before eating the wonderful dinner is the decisions that come into play, the emotions that come into play, etc. And that dinner can be chocolate cake and ice cream. It takes years of a negative diet to screw with the system enough to harm it. You just ate the wrong amounts of a certain food. Or, you can be angry at a job situation, and still attempt to eat a meal. Then the meal turns to lead in your gut and does not digest properly. You just had the wrong emotions running through you as you ate good food, and the emotions turned the food to poison. Now back flushing Triple Warmer and thumping Speen 21 will help to metabolize that lump of lead in your gut... ....but a BETTER WAY is to change your thoughts and your attitudes BEFORE eating. Then the natural physical processes (I and Donna consider the ENERGIES to be a natural physical process also) can do what they do the best. Now, sometimes we get a great factory knife, but the knife needs some sharpening for a special use. I consider tuning the energies the same way. Guest guest
Hi Doc, Your post on the TW is pure gold. And thanks to Sue for bringing up this thread. I happened to read the original and she did good. I think sometimes the Meridian\Radiant circuit gets a bad rep. Thanks for reminding us to give it respect and our gratitude too. Here's my response to your response to Sue's response on another forum: ;-} doc said: Hi Sue, I loved your response, very good. Move down the page {snip} me, barb: Hi, Doc, I loved your response, very good. As usual a gold mine of good advice. Thanks. > I love that Edgar Cayce quote. Unfortunately it'd take an entire {snip} > ultimate form of " living at cause " . Cayce was one of my first interests. I'm glad you help keep interest in him active. As for the quote, it has always felt right. Although there are times when I find it quite confounding. > > > I'll be sure and do some research! > > This other person's reply to you??? Slow down, you read too fast. This was the other person's reply to me. It was in regards to an explanation by David Feinstein in a handout concerning the Triple Warmer . It's a shame many on that group won't be reading your reply. Most on this forum are already familar with Donna Eden and David Feinstein's handouts - for those who may not be I'll copy my original post with the references below. > She'll never do what it takes to fix what her problems really are. Unfortunately, this is very likely. One wonders. . . > The good news is, " maybe someone else has read it and ran with it " . This may be why many of us continue to post. Incidentally your post on the radiant circuits to Kelmie was very timely. Earlier today I'd spent several hours doing research on them. Repeat one more time, barbara, " there are no coincidences. " ;-} {Original post} Re: people who catch everything > > > " OK, what do the intials stand for again??? " I wrote: This is a quote from http://www.energymed.org/hbank/handouts/principles_ener_med.htm " The Triple Warmer: Triple warmer is the meridian that networks the energies of the immune system to attack an invader, and it mobilizes the body's energies in an emergency for the fight-or-flight-or-freeze response. In carrying out these critical functions, it operates in ways that are so beyond the range of any other meridian that some consider it a system unto itself. Although the exact reasons for the term " triple warmer " are lost in antiquity, its energies work in conjunction with the hypothalamus gland, which is the body's thermostat. The hypothalamus is also the instigator of the body's emergency response. Like an army, triple warmer mobilizes during threat or perceived threat, coordinating all the other energy systems to activate the immune response, govern the fight/flight/freeze mechanism, and establish and maintain habitual responses to threat. " There is a lot of other information in this and the other handouts at this site if you are interested. You'll have to do some clicking but the search is worth the effort. SP refers to the spleen meridian. All the meridians and their specific points may be viewed at: http://www.acuxo.com/meridianPictures.asp?point=SP1 & meridian=Spleen One of the main themes of EM (Energy Medicine) is a balance of the TW (Triple Warmer) and SP (Spleen) energies. There is much more to this. I suggest that anyone who is interested do an " advanced " search on Google using the phrases and words: " energy medicine, " " triple warmer " and " spleen " in one search. It would probably be easier to get Donna Eden's book from your library but. . . If you're like me, you'll end up buying it anyway. :-} IMO, because much of what is written concerning EM is often not disease and\or health problem specific, not everyone has the inclination to study it. EM works to establish healthy and balanced energy systems with specific drills for problem areas. Unfortunately the terms and priniciples of EM are new to many. I regret that there isn't an easier way to educate others than with references to other sites. Given the restrictions of copyrights though, this seems to be the best way. Happy hunting! barb Thank you again. barb(bbtried)

Guest guest
This concept that no matter what..habits must conform to the program, or nothing works as well as it can, is so true for all of us. It is a whole life living experience to get everything in proper balance, nutrition, attitude, the goal, the lifestyle, the routine, the rituals, etc. ...Not to mention the drills. WOW! Exciting!!! Seeing it all come together. Hearing everyones experience. Track records! Thank you all! And to Dr. Tourrette! What a life you have lived, and are continuing to encourage others! A real inspiration!!! Lee > > On 8/28/06, kahunamaker <kahunamaker wrote: > > > > > > > > > Hi Sue, I loved your response, very good.
