Have a reason to go there. 3. Know how to verbalize and visualize what you want " as if " it is so. 4. Have an anchoring sequence set up so that you can get there fast. 5. Have a body relaxation sequence. 6. Have a deepening sequence. 7. While deep in the inner mind have a sanctuary set up where you can go to work on projects and leave all distractions outside. 8. Have a " segment intending " set up so that you can work on many projects one after the other and keep all projects clean. 9. Have a feedback method while inside that sanctuary, so you " KNOW " that what you worked on is VALID and VERIFIABLE. 10. Have a " thank you " process set up. 11.
