Everyone is constantly radiating this energy but it isn't normally very focused or powerful. A usable thought form is a mental/emotional construct deliberately created with focused intent. Here's how I did it: 1. What do you want to do with the thought form? What thought form will accomplish your goal? How much do you desire it? 2. What does it look like? How does it feel? Is it big or small? What color is it? Does it have a smell/taste? Does it make a noise or talk? How does it act? What does it do? 3. When you go to level or into Hakaalau does the thought form seem real to you? Can you spin it around and experience it from all sides and VAKOG? Does adding mana/energy to it make it more substantial? 4. When you place the thought form where you want, does it do what you intended? If not, what do you need to change to get what you want? When it is effective, can you improve it? Those are the basic questions and steps I took to create the the thought form. And it took practice. If I left something out I'm sure Doc or another more experienced member can fill in the gaps. Doc has been doing this stuff for decades so it does look effortless for him. I need to keep practicing to get to that level but it still works real well. Have fun. -Doug
