I am just learning about crystals myself, and have no advise there, but I can

offer info on herbal supplements if you are interested. I was going to post

privately, as I am not certain herbal chat is appropriate on this list, but I

thought it might be useful info to others as well, so I thought I would take

a chance, hope it's ok.

Blessings and light,

Janie

* Lecithin granules or capsules: important as an emulsifier for vitamin E,

which reduces hot flashes.

* Primrose oil or black currant seed oil: act as sedatives and diuretics.

Good for hot flashes, and important for production of estrogen.

* Vitamin E: reduces hot flashes and other symptoms.

* Vitamin B complex: improves circulation (B5 also called pantothenic acid,

is a powerful anti stress vitamin; B6, also called pyridoxine, minimizes

water retention)

* Calcium and magnesium: relieves nervousness and irritability, and protects

against bone loss (use chelateforms).

* Zinc: protects against bone loss.

********** Herbs:

* Damiana: enhances sexual desire and pleasure.

* Amaranth, chickweed, dandelion greens, nettle, seaweed, and watercress are

rich in calcium and can help prevent osteoporosis.

* Anise, black cohosh, fennel, licorice, raspberry, sage, sarsaparilla,

squawvine, unicorn root, and wild yam are natural estrogen

promotors.**CAUTION**: do not use licorice on a daily basis for more than 7

days in a row, and avoid it completely if you have high blood pressure. Do

not use sage if you suffer from any type of seizure disorder.

* Chamomile and Valerian root: help calm the body and promote a restful sleep.

* Gotu kola and Dong quai: relieve hot flashes, vaginal dryness and

depression *(Im not positive, but I think its the dong quai that you

shouldn't use if you have high blood pressure).

* Siberian ginseng: aids in relieving depression and in the production of

estrogen *(do not use this herb if you have hypoglycemia, high blood

pressure, or a heart disorder).
