If you look at the bottom of his email you'll see he is a board certified Oncological MD. His opinion is quite amazing. Serge Most of these figures are correct. The one of higher deaths from chemo are unknown to me but it is considerable for sure. I know that the Journal of the American Medical Association published an article finding there are at least 109,000 deaths a year in the United States from ADEQUATELY PRESCRIBED drugs including chemotherapy. The figure may be as high as 250,000 because of underreporting from doctors as to the medicine causing the death. This figure makes this event the FOURTH LEADING CAUSE OF DEATH in the USA. First 3 are: heart disease, cancer and strokes. I can only imagine how much would INADEQUATELY PRESCRIBED meds or procedures that may cause death(Malpractice( add to that figure. This is a national emergency. I wrote to my Congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, Miami, about ways that I diagnose and manage diseases that has been shown to reduce the number of medicines used by more than 85%. The patients I see that may be at a higher risk of death are the ones that reduce or stop their medications too fast before allowing natural methods to start working. Since the body is used to the medicines, the transition must be done under close medical supervision in all patients, especially really ill ones. I asked to present this data to the FDA. The sent me a letter from the office of my congresswoman in DC to send my data to them to consider a congressional hearing in the matter. It was that simple and we have to remind ourselves that it is simple. I wish that many people read this and send a letter to their Congressperson to get this going. It is happening soon. I once testified before the Government reform Committee chaired by Hon Dan Burton on chelation therapy and the internet testimonies show how the New England Journal of Medicine's editor was keeping papers from being submitted to their journal because they dealt with herbs. This editor got fired one month after this hearing. It was not a coincidence. We have the power to present a redress of grievance to our elected officials and they HAVE to respond in a timely manner. Even if its only ONE of us. No majority needed. I wish all our adults and children learned all of our Constitutional rights. Our founding fathers KNEW our government would overstep their boundaries sooner or later and they gave us a way out of this: our right to ask for a redress of grievance. Lets use it. Take care my friend and many blessings to you and your loved ones Victor A Marcial-Vega, MD Board Certified Oncologist
