Guest guest Posted October 11, 2006 Report Share Posted October 11, 2006 Oh and one more thing (sorry for all the questions and comments!)...I also think I've heard you say that because the subconscious mind can't tell the difference between a real memory and an imagined scene, that if you are associated into the image the subconscious mind thinks it has already happened, so it thinks it doesn't need to do anything more to make it come about. Whereas if you are dissociated from it, it thinks it hasn't happened yet and needs to get to work doing what's necessary to make it happen. That's why you have to dissociate when you send the video to HS. That STILL doesn't explain why Tad James says he dissociates first, then associates when he does visual rehearsal for modeling and training.
