Doc had me do it differently. see if i can remember it. it was to

put the finger tips of the left hand on the hairline, and then

activate the pineal for a couple of minutes, then activate the

pituitary for a couple of minutes, and then activate the

hypothalamus for a couple of minutes. i've never thought so clearly

in my life, and many pains went away. Joy
