Hi there Peggy

 

Thanks for the clearing energies....I have just called them in....can feel it

very distinctly. Strange thing is that I am smelling a very distinct smell of

herbs or something...kind of like wintergreen....the feeling in my body is also

like that....an energy that feels cold yet produces heat...that strange kind of

yin/yang balance where it is either so yin that it feels like yang or vice

versa. Very interesting. Anyone else getting smells as well?

I would have to search out possibilities among herbs and stones

what kind of detox did you want ?

Physical ,emotional, mental , spiritual ? liver, kidney, lymph, blood etc.

Dandelion seems to be volunteering .

When you do not know what to run for yourself ask Your High self and Solar

Angel to bring in the most appropriate energies for you and be open to

receive them.

The energy Detoxification I use regularly is a Detoxification Shakti from

the Huna system I also use a Kala clearing (thought form removal )shakti also

from Huna. I have set up a sample treatment of these followed by a

stabilization shakti from another system (I have not given my version a name)

which you (and other list members) can call in by intention .Some people like

the detox shakti and the kala shakti and some people do not care for them

much if you tend to have to get up at night to go to the bathroom do not run

this near bedtime as it may increase that effect .
