Last Sunday 21st September the BBC ran an investigative report into a

developing eugenics programme in the National Health Service. It is called

" Search and Destroy " . In the next year it will be made compulsory to test

for Downs Syndrome. Several interviewees reported coming under pressure to

abort foetuses with rectifiable abnormalities such as cleft pallat.

Several developments in the UK indicate that in a few years pregnant women

will be under pressure to abort foetuses found to have a criminal gene or

other undesirable gene. Such a criminal gene could be found as it is now

compulsory for all people charged with a criminal offence to submit a DNA

sample. Recently the chairman of the Association of Chief Police Officers

called for DNA samples from EVERYBODY to be submitted " to help fight crime "

(does financial crime leave DNA samples?)

This secret programme is running in parallel with a subtle change in the TV

shows in the UK. For the last ten to twenty years TV quiz shows have run the

format of the contestant(s) with most trivial knowledge wins. " Mastermind "

was the classic. But in the last two to three years the format has changed

to contestants or viewers voting off a contestant. " Big Brother " is the

classic, as this also acclimatises viewers to 24/7 surveillance. This idea

was made more pallatable with " Celebrity Big Brother " in which celebrities

took part. Besides this there is a teenie TV programme called " T4 " . T4 was a

Nazi propaganda unit setup to sell the idea of mercy killing.
