It's a method of quick perusal, to see if we really want to read the WHOLE ENCHILADA! And, it's also a method of allowing the unconscious mind to process the content without conscious interruption. This is one of the methods taught in " Photo-Reading " which is a very good course. It is NOT a symptom of reincarnation! Reincarnation has other, more obvious symptoms.
