Hahaha i did'nt realize how silly my remark was about holding the

stone by my throat all day!!!!! Yep certainly not very convienient to

do!! hehe Oh dear that will teach me to compose my questions better,

oh well hopefully it gave a few people a chuckle anyway.

Yes i do have a sinus problem and thank you for the tip about the

orange stones on the forehead, i will be doing that later. I did put

a quartz crystal in the water i drink but maybe i should try a blue

stone also?

Yes, I got a good giggle, but one of sympathy...because I have

tried all kinds of ways to get stone energy throughout the

day....you don't KNOW how " silly " feels until you have a rock

drop out of your brassiere at work! (No one saw, thank goodness.

And then I discovered the wonders of surgical tape.)

 

Please don't worry about how to compose your questions -- just

ask away, we've all had to figure these things out one way or

another.

 

You could try blue lace agate in your water -- it doesn't leach

minerals, as far as I am aware. Good luck!
