Doc, This post got me thinking about my own toxic mentality. Specifically, when I do the radiant circuit drill (carebear heart) it feels very foreign and uncomfortable so it doesn't last very long. It is way past time for me to change how I think and feel. Although I rarely get sick I do have a nagging injury that has resisted treatment and I'm real good at repelling money and success. And I know it's because of my beliefs and attitudes. What are the attitudes and beliefs of positive people that I can adopt and install? This may seem like a silly question but if you've been grim, angry and frustrated for a long time; positive happy people are really annoying and might as well be aliens. What is the first step in the systems approach? Do I try to identify which beliefs I think are the problem? Or should I compare what I believe to a list of positive beliefs and see which ones are in opposition? Thanks. -Doug > >The cure has to be internal, though. > > Yes, and it's a " systems " approach, something that might be a > wonderful thread to do on this HealingEnergies group. > > What do you think, GROUP? > > >You can't fix yourself by changing someone/something > > else.
