Guest guest
Question: when I run a shakti (I'm thinking of, for instance, the milk thistle shakti for liver detox), how many times a day would I run it at a minimum? And do I sit quietly for a few minutes each time and meditate on the shakti, or just run it and go about my business. Blessings and many thanks! ===== ********************************************************* THIS SEASON, GIVE THE GIFT OF SELF-KNOWLEDGE! -->> Starry Night Astrology's Premium Astrological Reports, featuring Deluxe Color Chart and 20+ pages of accurate, organized text bound in an attractive, hand-stamped folder! Maybe once a day or possibly even once every other day for the Huna detox shakti if you can acsess it before you run any detox shakti set the intention that it shut off when maximum benifit is recieved detoxification even with built in safeguards can sometimes be overdone dont push it with your will allow it to shut off naturally . You can also set a detox program as a macro which though it may run faster and weaker than a consiously directed shakti works quite well indeed You can run a shakti as you go about your daily business without haveing to be in a meditation but you do usualy need to have some attention on running the shakti there are quite a few automatic detoxs that you turn on and they run until done but these often leave me a bit woozy if I don't follow up with a regular energy tune up right a way Peggy -- http://solarraven.com/ Huna, Angels, Crystals, fairies, the aura, Reiki manuals, art http://www.geocities.com/pjentoft/index.html Spirited emotion} http://members.tripod.com/~sunsparrow/index.html Heretic Sanctuary http://people.we.mediaone.net/skygreen/index.html
