rose quartz through the washing machine and into the dryer

hi all,

 

I left my rose quartz in my pockets andmy husband went to do the

laundry..... and of course I forgot to take them out...... so they

went through the wash cycle..... and were in the dryer for a

bit...physically they look okay..... but should I do anything with

thtem?? one felt kinda dizzy after the dryer!!

generally when I have left stones in the wash it seems like the wash

clears them but of course a bit of charging in the sun or moonlight or

just with intention would not hurt
