Yes please, Sue. I'd love to hear about it. I am determined to get to either the next 5 day intensive or the one after.

I got Donna's Energy Medicine Kit plus David Feinstein's Energy Psychology course in the mail today. I have just started watching Donna's DVD of the exercises and have already figured out some things I wasn't sure of. It is so much easier when you can actually see it in action!!!! Wonderful.

I have also figured that I can listen to the RV/RI CDs in my car while driving as long as I turn it off before the exercises. A great solution to my time dilemma. So I am making progress. I am learning so much really neat stuff.

Actually, Doc, I have a question about the exercises for the RV/RI course. Each CD has a drill on it. Should I do multiple drills from multiple CDs in one day? How do you figure out which ones to do or do you just do what calls to you?
