I find I always feel better with gold but any time I try to wear silver my energies get screwed up. This went on before I knew anything about energies, there was always an "off" feeling wearing silver.

With clothes, have to be natural cannot stand synthetic.

Can't do the sloppy thing, have to be neat or I just do not function the same..

Other people have noticed it when I have dressed "sloppy" I am not myself.

I wore a hematite ring for a while which helped my energies.

All just a part of the sensitivity to the energy-metal connection.

Anyone else notice anything like this?

I love jewelery, used to wear a lot of it, rings and bracelets mainly, but

in more recent years I hardly wear it at all.

I just bought a 'Zulu' one-piece military strap for my watch.

And I wear my watch on my right wrist, always. Feels fine when I do so,

even with the watch on the stainless steel bracelet.

Mind you, I always remove all metal from my body before doing meditation or

energywork.

>...and if I wear it on my left wrist, that hand aches.

My left hand kind of 'tingles' but in a mildly unpleasant way. I always

switch back to the right wrist when I can. I thought it was just habit,

but now I'm thinking it's something else.

Why is this?

Yup.

And strangely, I was going to ask this question about watches, because I

love my watch, but I'm wondering about its effect on my energies. Thanks

for bringing this up.

Hi Cris,

My watch is an automatic, and I imagine Doc's is an auto as well.

I have a friend who does pranic healing. She used to wear a lot of rings

and necklaces, but now she doesn't wear any jewelery if she can help

it. She says it's about energy flow for her.

Hello Dr. Melanie

Or would Melanie be OK?

About the tattoos. Is it the needles or the ink (or both) that causes

problems? I'm thinking the ink. Even though the needles could be

considered invasive they are gone in a relatively short period of

time.

Is it a chemical in the ink that causes problems?

Also, what about the incisions from surgeries? By cutting into the

body can you " cut " into or " break " the flow of a meridian? And if

so can you bridge the break and reconnect the flow? AND if it is

possible to reconnect the flow is it permanent or temporary?

Donna Eden in Energy Medicine talks about individuals missing part of

a limb. She writes that by tracing the meridian(s) on the phantom

limb she can successfully reduce or eliminate pain in that area.

In one case she taught a mother how to do this for her child. At the

bottom of page 33 in the paperback version of EM it says she (mother)

was able to provide confort by harmonizing the energies in her son's

phantom limb when needed. So it would seem that this method is only

temporary.

So how can you correct these situations (tattoos, surgery, piercings)

and get the energy flowing properly again on a PERMANENT basis?

Thanks,

Craig
