You really don't have to have a kyanite wand but if one attracts you

then

it .

I do not think it matters if you have read books or not when you

start

getting stones

get stones that attract you and use your intuition .

I like Joy Gardners book " Color and Crystals a journey through the

Chakras "

as a beginners book .

Some stores sell stone already assembled into Chakra sets but at most

you

pick out stones yourself the files on the chakras have some

suggestions

and

there are a number of posts in the archives that list ideas for chakra

sets

and I am sure that list members have some favorite stones for chakra

work

..

You also probably can never have too much clear quartz or rose

quartz

(IMO)

though some people might disagree

a simple fairly inexpensive set might be red jasper or hematite ,

carnelian

, citrine , aventurine,

turquoise or blue topaz or aquamarine , Lapis or Sodalite , Amethyst

Some folks use sodalite or lapis at the throat amethyst at the brow

and

clear

quartz at the crown.

Sounds like it works well for you there are probably hundreds of ways

to

work with the chakra

Hi Peggy,

 

The channel building technique sounds like it would allow us to

channel more energy, would that be right? Would you explain to us

how to do that?
