in working with chakra balancing , i learned to start at base first which

That is the way I learned although years ago I used a color system in which

you alternated, one day starting at the root the next day at the crown

the tune up included in the Crystal empowerments starts at the root for the

chakra balancing part but has other work that starts at the crown.

 

I also do a channel building technique which starts at the Soulstar above

the head and continues to the Earthstar below the feet

and the Huna cross of fire which uses the ao centers instead of the chakra

and starts at the crown and moves around the outer " corners " of the body
