Hi Y'all,

Several people have responded to the challenge Doc has put forth for us, "outlining the technologies that Elroy used". I have read them with great interest, certainly learned a lot from them and ... I also read the reply of Doc to Elizabeth (Wednesday, April 06, 2005 12:03 AM, Good TRAINING in NLP & DEEP Structure Elicitation is a MUST!) where he mentions the distinction between surface structure and deep structure. And it struck me that the responses to his challenge where in a certain way on a surface level. I mean by that that most of the time behavior and techniques from various fields are mentioned; this of course is in line whit the question as formulated by Doc. "What would be a response on deep structure level?" was the question that followed in my thinking. And that triggered with me remembering that Doc wrote a while ago that he understood so much better the several techniques he had learned when he (re-) studied them from the Energy Medicine model ( / paradigm).

And that insight triggered another insight regarding the question, (freely parafrased here) "If I can do this, what else can I do with this?Or in what other ways?" If one now enough basic techniques and the underlying principles or presuppositions (like the NLP presuppositions) one can generate always new approaches to situations at hand.
