The Concept of Reincarnation Scares the Shit out of Many People!

Hi Doc, and everybody

I have two of Cerminara´s books, Many mansions and Many lives

many

loves, and I Don't find them scary at all, it was a stretch to read

them, but a good one!

It remains me a little bit of a current project of mine. I'm on a

so called low carp diet right now, combined with lot's of bouncing

on my new mini trampoline, and some of the energy drills from the

archives of this group, plus I take lot's of vitamin c thanks to

Doc's advice 1 1/2 year ago.

I've been about 16-20 pound from what I consider my ideal weight,

and after starting to play soccer last year I decided that after the

winter break, in order to get really good, losing those pounds would

help a lot.

And I also figured that having some real life experience losing

weight quickly with the assistance of energy medicine and energy

psychology would enable me to help others with the same thing

better, and enable me to earn some money on my experience in some

ways.

So all of the sudden the things we're lining up, and it turned out

to be really easy. I lost 4 pounds in the first five days, and then

decided to throw myself a curved ball, and ate some pastry and some

bread and cheese for breakfast the 6th day to see what would happen.

And before and after I made sure I used just about everything I

could think of to minimize the negative effects of the pastry (also

using intention and energising the food). And to my surprise it

didn't have much of an effect, 3 days later 4 more pounds were off!

(I was also inspired by helping a woman recently getting rid of a

craving/addiction to pastry and cake. And I wanted to see what

effect it had on me!)

So I might have lost even more had I not chosen to ate the bread and

pastry, and that's okay, I'm getting to where I want to be, which is

weighing 150 pounds, now it just takes a little bit longer.

I just took the Many Mansions book from my desk to flip through it

and read the highlighting I've made in it, and I read the last

sentences of chapter 24:

" To the person who can accept it, reincarnation offers a purpose for

living, a pole-star by which to travel, and an assurance that he is

not lostnin a meaningless chaos of forces over which he has no

ultimate control. "

Seems like a really cool thing, living in the world we're living in!

Hmm, I wonder why I just had to write this now, even though I'm

prettynoccupied with writing copy for a project I'm working on.

Maybe because on the first page of chapter 25 I discovered a really

cool metaphor I can use in my copy, maybe something else. It's so

cool when those things " just happens " like that!

Thanks for the post Doc, and for all the references. Lot's of stuff

to research in the years to come.

Sincerely

Bjarke
