"To help temporarily ease your desire for tobacco, the first thing to do is to take ten long deep breaths (inhale through nose, exhale through pursed lips) as slowly as possible. Many of your signals to light a cigarette are the body's subtle demand for air; the only time many smokers breath deeply is when smoking.

Besides stimulating the G-Jo points, tugging and pinching each ear lobe may also be helpful; if you are trying to stop smoking avoid the excessive use of alcohol and sweets as they may trigger the desire to smoke..."

 

Smoking control centers: (you only have to do one set and stimultate the point about 8 times, and if that one doesnt' work you for you try another set)

Gjo 10 I can't correlate it but its: The width of two thumbs above the most prominent crease on the inner wrist, in line with the middle finger.
