Hi again, Fea -- Citrine is very good for building one's spirits and

dispelling negativity -- and never holds negative energy so doesn't

have to be " cleared " . You could get one and dedicate it to her

emotional healing and support -- to build an optimistic healing

outlook -- and not have to worry that it would need to be

continuously cleared in order to assist her. ) Blessings, Linda

I'm real new to the list, so hope you won't be afended if I ask the type of

healing your friend needs?

I have found that Citrine to be healing to the digestion and emotions, as well

as strenthening to the body, and only upon occasion have ever had to clear one.

Might I also suggest the Strawberry Quartz-- as my experience has encouraged me

to believe that it stimulates energy of the heart center, bringing added energy

to the quartz and filling ones total person with the feeling of love. Also

balances connections between physical body and subtle bodies and timulates both

the astral body and the psychic system intrinsic in all. Privides for " travel

to the center of the Universe of life " and fills one with the euphoria of the

tru loving environment and the " reasons behind it all. "

I sleep with one either over my heart, or near...

Again being new, I hope that it is fine to offer this suggestion..

What would you recommend for tendonitis of the foot? I took a crystal class

while I lived in the States, but it seems that my crystals haven't made it over

here yet. So, I am looking to get some new ones. Or, would it be better to

just do a chakra layout? I used to have 3 huge quartz crystals to form a

pyramid under the bed, but only two of them are here so far.

 

Any advice would be appreciated.
