GOING NO MAIL FOR A BIT

MM and hello

 

I'm sending out this email just to say that I'm going to be going to NO MAIL

for a bit, and will read messages on the web when I can.

 

My health is at its lowest point for several years, with my arthritis in

constant flare-up, and with my white blood count being so low, I am

physically & mentally exhausted. My immune system is almost wiped out, or

so it seems, as I've had one thing after another - and seem to be constantly

fighting some form of infection somewhere in my body!!

 

My health being so bad, has also led to my depression being quite severe

again; so I'm having to work on boosting my mental health too - and deal

with the issues that comes with that!

 

Thank you to everyone who has sent me positive healing energies - it is all

much appreciated ...
