(Group, the following is a two way dialogue between a very smart lady that pays

attention to specific details. Gawd, I do LOVE that! I believe that this

inter-action is also important info for this healing group. So I reposted it

Well Melissa,

 

No, that is NOT my point.

 

Let me clarify further my exact point with the following example.

 

Every morning when I get up I do go into the bathroom and take a leak.

 

But usually I never take a 'dump' until the drosses have been moved with a small

amount of exercise, and drinking in a large cup of warm water with 1,500 mg of

Vit C in it.

 

Then later on in the day I do feel the urge to urinate about every 2 hours

because of the 8-10 cups of water I drink daily.

 

And I do feel the urge to sit down and clear the colonic drosses a couple of

times a day.

 

Only when I GET THOSE URGES do I pay attention to those two separate and

different processes.

 

My point is I only piss and crap when I " NEED TO " ...or when I believe my colon

needs to be cleansed.

 

I have reasons.

 

Without reasons that I am congruent on (subconscious mind and conscious mind in

alignment) I cannot do any drill, I cannot learn any skill, I cannot even talk

about what is not interesting and of some importance to me somehow.

 

When I give " mastery instructions " it is NOT because they NEED to do it then,

but because I'm after them installing the HABITS OF DOING THEM into their

neurology just so when it is needed that particular " habit field " can be

activated literally unconsciously with the mind focused on the INTENTION of

whatever it is you are doing.

 

You are developing a 'morph field of energy' around that process along with an

anchor of when and how to use it so that it is done unconsciously and directed

by the conscious mind.

 

So they are practicing to get the skill through the 5 levels of competency

BEFORE they need the skills.

 

After they get the skill into their habit field, THEN they can go to the 4th

level of learning and notice what else and how else they can use the new learned

skill.
