Guest guest
Water? An earth would probably say it's ok that the other person has the book because they probably needed it more than you did? And since you had it to share with them, you " should " share it with them. IF a wood element allowed themselves to get into that situation, they would either go beat down their door and say, " Where the hell's my damn book!?!?!?! " OR they would go " F*** it! " and go down to the bookstore and get another one. Fire elements don't need the book because studying and using it never makes it on to their timeline, especially if it contains chunk sequential drills. Just go have fun anyways. Book? What book? Oh yeah... Metal... Shit... I don't know... They would probably want to go over the rules of loaning something to a friend and examine whether or not the friend should have returned it by now or not and what the rules are that need to be considered before asking to have the book back so that one does not offend one's friends nor hurt their fragile feelings. I personally don't have that problem. If I don't have an EXTRA to loan or give away, I tell people to go buy their own damn book! LOL What element is THAT? :-) I'm not mean, either... I let a piano teacher borrow an AUTOGRAPHED piano book of mine one time, and that stupid bitch let her fat, greasy fingered, lard-assed son tear the shit out of it; and he was a goddamn musician and was old enough he should have known better. And I can't get another one. The ONLY reason I got it back in PIECES and taped together is because I went and asked them where my damn book was that they borrowed. Shit...I had forgotten about that....Now I'm PISSED. SO I DON'T loan anything; if I don't like them enough to give them one, they can go buy their own. Ok at the risk of getting a mouthful by some sad person for asking what may be a question I could find an answer for myself........ Is there a definitive way of finding out what element you are? I read the descriptions but can't decide...maybe that's telling in itself. I seem to fit a couple of elements but I loaned the book so its not in front of me at the moment to even say which ones they are. Guest guest
Thanks Jim! I think I need some WOOD. I can relate to the Earth, I treated a friend for various issues for nearly a year no charge...she needed it, was broke and I had something to offer so.....It came to an end when I started making excuses as to why I wasn't available. That reminds me she has a book of mine. I try to be more assertive but fall into needing anger to be able to say what I feel. I'm not afraid to admit I admire people who can WOOD. This is all very interesting. Thanks, Kerri/
