'air time' on a tramp is beneficial to you because it releases pent up toxins in the lymph nodes. the 'flaps' or doors to the nodes go one-way and when you are in the air, they are able to open and release. my 2 cents says that you are detoxing... and will be healthier and better for in it a short time. beth Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Guest guest Posted April 29, 2009 Report Share Posted April 29, 2009 'not afraid of the toxins' i hope you did not understand me to say you'll get toxins or increase them if you rebound.. the toxins are from everyday living here on earth- the rebounding releases them... it's a huge bonus! i rebound for fitness and health.. a half hour a day when i can. i've read it is better for you than jogging but just as beneficial without the bad side effects on your joints, etc. (which works for me as i am NOT a jogger!!) so it is physical excercise, health increasing (releasing toxins), and, as you mentioned, the time jumping is a great opportunity to meditate or manifest or what-have-you.
