this is my first post here- been lurking and learning :) but this is a topic i

have already read a bit about.

 

'air time' on a tramp is beneficial to you because it releases pent up toxins in

the lymph nodes. the 'flaps' or doors to the nodes go one-way and when you are

in the air, they are able to open and release.

 

my 2 cents says that you are detoxing... and will be healthier and better for in

it a short time.

i do rebounder 3 minutes a day 2 times a day. i know that i get stronger in the

legs and back quickly. i also think of the good things that come to me as i

bounce so that i can use positive thought forms for better health. so i not so

much afraid of toxins but want leg and body strenth. maybe good to those toxins

moving also.

i hope you did not understand me to say you'll get toxins or increase them if

you rebound.. the toxins are from everyday living here on earth- the rebounding

releases them... it's a huge bonus!

 

i rebound for fitness and health.. a half hour a day when i can. i've read it

is better for you than jogging but just as beneficial without the bad side

effects on your joints, etc. (which works for me as i am NOT a jogger!!)

 

so it is physical excercise, health increasing (releasing toxins), and, as you

mentioned, the time jumping is a great opportunity to meditate or manifest or

what-have-you. (note to self: use this 3rd part!)
