Guest guest
Jim and Lillie, Thanks for your responses. My interests are a little different. I am not working on gaining skills at present. I have enough skills. More than I am doing the drills! I understand that Doc's seminar will take me to a whole new level. I am looking forward to one when it is time. But for now, I am presently working towards becoming educated in the fields of Hypnosis and Energy Medicine. Learning the vocabulary and methods of research. I am finding that I presently already do techniques that are commonly used under a different name. For example TH has a process similar to a six step reframe. This process is not taught but just kinda picked up. My interest is to become educated at a professional level so that I can explain techniques to clients clearly and show them the experience and research behind the techniques. Just " go up and ask God " is often a little over simplified (but sometimes works rather well!-). This education will also give me the ability to talk to other professionals in the field and learn from established practices rather than just making stuff up that feels right. And when I go to one of Doc's seminars I will be able to dissect his techniques with the understanding of the foundation that they are built upon. So for the next few months or so I am looking at learning hypnosis and NLP along with the studies that make them an established and respected method of therapy. Further down the line will be Energy Medicine, RV, RI and the whole Zoo of nonlocal effects. I have a life time and a career ahead of me so I am not in a rush, but I am trying to make my work more efficient. I am putting together a strategy for studying the fundamentals more than an all encompassing list. Strangely enough, taking notes and asking critical questions seems like an amazingly insightful idea! William Leigh P.S. Still working on nonlocal techniques of changing the pH of water. Some interesting positive discoveries, but I am trying to pin them down before I make a detailed post. If it comes out to be a strong negative I will post those results also. This is serious research after all!-) , Jim Knippenberg <erommel wrote: > > Some of those books have one or two gold nuggets in them that make a huge difference once you train with those concepts and mind map them with the magic question " What ELSE Can I Do With This? I recently combined the two with very beneficial results for me. I would have never thought of doing that IF I hadn't taken action on what I learned from Doc and actually practiced it and calibrated the results. > > It's real interesting to notice what's important to people when you go in their home. > > I have real sharp knives.
