I went and joined his group just to see what he does. On the 'stress' exercise he has you: 1. sit in a chair. 2. put left hand on the stomach and right hand over the thymus. 3. then he has you visualize green light coming in through the top of the head, going to the chest and filling it up. 4. he then has you take that green light down through out the body and off the toes. A very simple HYPNOTIC RELAXATION drill done with the proper tones of relaxation... ....which follows the chakras...WHICH IS ALSO A 'BRING-DOWN' DRILL... ....and he even uses the color of the energy for the heart chakra. Now, what else does he do? Nothing. So stress reduction is great, and that is a simple drill that will work. At least it will work until you re-think of the stressor that got you stressed out. So it is NOT an answer but a step-in-between on any intervention that one can do. I did like what you did below. That variation really does enhance what he gave.
