Cool ... looking forward to meeting you.

Don't get really nervous ... wondering what's going to

happen!

To say the least.

I usually start about a month ahead ... reading the

source materials Doc starts hinting about on the list.

" Lose clothing? " ... that was the last training!

;->

Yes ... dress " comfortably " because you will be moving

around.

I always take pages and pages of holographic notes ...

I sit in my " learning position " ... that location of

the classroom that works best for me.

So .... think of a time when you learned a truck-load

of high-level stuff really easily ... and do there

what you did then now.

> drink lots of water,

I don't know about " lots " ... there's only one

bathroom!

Drink " enough " :-)

> avoid caffeine

Coffee is served, so Energy Test what works best for

you.

> or eating a big lunch,

I always eat a very light lunch or just a snack ...

too a heavy meal can make you drowsy for the

afternoons.

> avoiding spicy food

The stuff you're mentioning sounds like you already

have a good idea of just what helps your learning.

> or alcohol

I don't know ... we've " closed the bars down " on more

than one occasion!

Do the 5-Minute Energy Routine daily, and go to Level

for fifteen minutes three times a day this week.

Otherwise ... just " grab the rail and hang on! "

Hope this help!

PS - I'm an " old timer " ... I'd like to hear from the

2nd or 3rd timers on the list ... how they are

preparing, having gone through one or two already.
