Guest guest Posted February 6, 2007 Report Share Posted February 6, 2007 Hello All, Just wanted to point out something that Richard mentioned in his email that I think really is important to note...and I got the experience to back it up. Richard mentioned about DE thanking various parts of her body for holding her up all these years and such. Then DOC, mentioned how this thankfulness has helped him with his knee and other body aches. Now...I thought about that. ....regurgitated it ....fiddled with it in y head then decided to be more thankful. ....well a funny thing happened on teh way to RADIANT CITY ....somehow the circuits are activating more ....my TWs are not as hyperactive ....and somehow my negative self-talk are zipped ....reminds me of what DOC talked about in the RVRI CD on how to stop the monkeys in the head. ....especially if you are NOT trained in YEARS of THOUGHT STOPPAGE tehcniques like the monks ....you just put a thought in there. SO THIS APPRECIATION thought is really working well for me. ....helps me get Radiant Ciruits Running Better ....I even sent thankful thoguhtforms to my boss ....who is now...oddly enough...NICER TO ME!!!
