Guest guest
Hi Vince M., I was just checking my archived mails on this topic yesterday, as my Mum is currently suffering from tendonitis in the shoulder. I firstly did a Google search for 'Cayce' and 'Tendonitis' and came up with a couple of suggestions for MSM, which led me to the following posts by Doc 18 months ago - > I put a tablespoon of it, in my mouth, then I chase it down with the > drink. I do that with 2 tablespoons, both morning and evening. > > do you take the other two tablespoons of peanut oil > or do you use the same formula three times a day. > > I actually only do it morning and night, twice a day. Two > tablespoons, each time. > > > > | Another simple solution to aches and pains when one gets older is > the > | peanut oil that I mentioned earlier... > | > | ...and this time I'm talking about taking 3 tablespoons of it daily, > | as a supplement, as if you were taking a vitamin. > | > | I've had older people, people with aches and pains in their joints > | take it, and IN 3 DAYS their joints no longer ached. > | > | They were moving like they'd moved 20-30 ago, when they were in > their > | 30-and 40's. > | > | This way I suggest they take it is... > | > | 1. glass of water > | > | 2. add 3,000 mgs of Vitamin C > | > | 3. add 1 teaspoon of MSM > | > | 4. take a tablespoon of peanut oil and run it around in your mouth > | > | 5. now take the vitamin cocktail and wash it all down. > | > | Miracles occur. > | > | Miracles that no steriod on the planet can come close to. > | > | And, " NO " you won't get the runs! > | > | And, " NO " , it doesn't taste bad! > | > | There are plenty more posts on this topic in the archives, including direct solutions, like applying DMSO to the affected area. You should only use that cure on your 'horse', however. One question that I have from this - my Mum complains that supplements (like fish oil and probably peanut oil) cause her an upset stomach - any simple way to make these a bit more palatable? Off the top of my head I'd guess that holding the points related to the stomach might help, so I'll look that up. Any other ideas? Also Lecithin helps in the imulsification process. Clay
