(and therefore harder to digest fats) The fix: a swig of apple cider vinegar! Works really really well. My husband has been swigging down antacids for years. (he LOVES really hot foods) Braggs organic cider vinegar has replaced the pink stuff perfectly I'm not sure what time of day is best for your mom. Scott's been taking it right before bed or right after his main meal.
