Where can I find more info about Nei Kung?

Hi

 

does anyone know of any products that cover the nei kung that comes

originally from the Daoist style of boxing of Chang ?

 

They are taught by the students of Chen Ting Hung out of Hong Kong

as twelve Yin and Twelve Yang excersises and are covered to some

extent in Mantak Chia Iron Shirt practise (I have his products) and

are practised in various forms by some Wu stylists.

 

An exampleof the moves is the Turtle Breathing position Rabbit Faces

the Moon Pheonix Washes Wings.

 

I believe that they may also go under the name of Yang Family Secret

Nei Kung.
