I know... ....some drills are better than others... ....but if you don't do them, they are much worst than the ones you do. I know that my motivations are " other people " orientated... ....So I only " do the damn drills " when I teach other people how to do them so they can help themselves with their own energies, their own health, and their own ways of productive thinking and skill building... Strange, no? Which is one reason I teach 5 days a week. What I won't do for myself, I will do for others that need it. I love it when they " get it " and they notice the huge difference in their health and energy. I mostly feel good enough most of the time so I tend NOT to do the drills for myself unless I feel a bit off. Strange how some of our individual meta-programs are, isn't it?
