Guest guest Posted February 17, 2007 Report Share Posted February 17, 2007 Have you had your hormone levels checked? Cortisol, DHEA, Testosterone, Estrogen, thyroid, melatonn, etc? Might give you a lead on imbalances to work on? Might you be taking too many supplements and thus overtaxing your body's energy systems? Do you know how to do a SP test for supplements/foods and how to have someone else test your SP meridian while you hold the Power Point with a 3 finger notch to make the test more reliable? Do you know how to test whether something is good for you vs neutral (not bad)? Do you believe you deserve to rest? Are all those activities really to fill your waking time, or do you feel you must accomplish so many things that rest is a low priority? Have you followed up on any emotional avenues that lead you to over-achieve, over- do, not care for yourself as you do for others? Do you ever have times when you have less insomnia? I sense you have more questions to ask yourself with unflinching honesty to track down what is behind this problem. What an interesting path you have to explore!
