I just saw my friend, he did the drills you suggested except for the

inner demon destroyer and continued with the acupuncture and his

wrist is now 80% healed and he is returning to work. He had to see

his doctor one more time who had told him it would take a year to

heal and hs said in 14 years he had never seen a case of radial

nerve damage recover this rapidly.
