I don't know if it is the body tension do to the fact of relaxing the body before I have to go into alpha I can not go to sleep. Mabye it is not the body but the mind which is the weak link in this topic of sleep/stress. It seems that, that has always been a troublesome affair in slowing it down even for alpha. I am always talking or some type of worry is giong on in my head. I have found for years music songs always are going on in my head-music tends to motivate me. Unfortunatly it is anchored in my head unintenchinally- now it goes on all the time when ever thier is even a little bit of stress or deadline imposed. It is a pain when you are trying to read or study and music is playing in your head at the same time-I did not think you could have two thoughts at once but I guess I was wrong.
