Guest guest Posted July 28, 2002 Report Share Posted July 28, 2002 They way I was taught to use the singing crystals I have is to hold them together in one hand and sort of gently roll them them, singing crystals will make a melodic bell like sound . Some crystals can be heard in the subtle energy way by those who have the ability to sense subtle energy as sound. Toning crystals will improve your ability to tone ,sing or chant in some way, you may be able to hold notes longer or stay on tune better while holding one of these generally while there are a few guidelines as to what these may look like the only way to tell for sure is to see if the crystals sing or help you with toning. Guest guest Posted July 30, 2002 Report Share Posted July 30, 2002 One pair I found and bought as singing crystals others Have been discovered at home, most of mine have been rather like laser wands only usually a bit smaller and more delicately formed mine have all been clear quartz and I think that is the norm I have also had one set which was included in a collection I bought which seemed to lose it's music after a while the crystals worked as healing wands after that separately I have found that different people will prefer a certain tone over another so that someone else's' idea of singing crystals may not appeal to everyone Sometimes when I am playing with my singing bowls some of the crystals will vibrate and be audible too. njmccune wrote: >Do you buy them as singing crystals or just discover it when you get them >home?
