Guest guest
Doc - You actively work, provoke, incite, excite, think, challenge, engage, get pissed at, totally enjoy, your groups. Most don't. I belong to about 10 lists. Business lists and high school list. The only active lists are yours, and my high school list. But, most of the posts on my high school list is from one teabagger idiot who spams us all. Scott belongs to a letterpress printing group that is really active. All those people love what they do, are eager to teach and learn. Guest guest
Doc, I'm not familiar at all with this group. The phrase that comes to my mind is " this is elitism wagging its tail " . This sounds like an oxymoron, I know. Well, the whole premise of this group feels like an oxymoron to me. They're attempting to be elitist AND the premise is supposed to be furthering the training and philosophy of the radiant circuit energy?? Huh?!? Or did I misunderstand something here... You would think that the low participation would spell something out for them....this would delete the radiant circuits and not feel very good, for sure. My .02. Guest guest
Well if you want to get in to " conspiracies, " if I wanted to influence something from a " Meta Level " to just plain go away, I would make sure the top people underneath the leader of something valid were prone to cliques and bickering so that soon after the leader of the group (in this case, Donna) retires and / or passes away, the whole thing would simply " disappear and be forgotten about. " Fortunately, there is no such need for any type of conspiracy, because that is the exact sort of crap that happens naturally anyway all the time. (For instance, Alexander The Great's sons who managed to fuck up everything he accomplished because they couldn't get along with each other.) Then again, if you take what you know and make sure you have your OWN products and trademarks in place that keep going for whatever reasons are important to you, then the fuck with everyone else. I also understand it's frustrating and annoying to be a LOYAL student and friend to someone, and then their organization " shuts you out " like they have. It's interesting though to notice people who are friends because of common experiences and / or shared learnings where they have the same or similar path for a short period of time, vs where you want to go over many lifetimes and people who are loyal friends many, many times over. Just one of the reasons I appreciate you. Guest guest
Jim -- You're on to something. I wonder how important " mystique " is -- for a system to live on. L. Ron Hubbard -- wonder if he would be happy with Scientology today. Alistair Crowley -- still has a hard core following. Edgar Casey -- his legacy is very robust. Manly Hall -- it all fell apart after he died. Bickering and cliques. A robust system is a hell of a thought form. Guest guest
And another thing, Doc, Who has the time for all of this petty sh**? Not you, that's for dang sure. How pitiful for them that they feel so threatened by you...that they have to feel such glee about 'shutting you out'. It is their loss, NOT yours. Interesting, the weakness that small minded people reveal once they experience a small measure of power, eh?
