Guest guest
Hi Clay I understand you have a reeaally busy schedule, but those little 10 minute breathers, might help you to control those automatic pilot stream of thoughts. Are you familiar with " no-thought " meditation? You can Google this - just type in " no thought meditation " and several different websites will come up. If you learn how to do this, which " does " take practice, it will help you control your thoughts and automatics going on. This way at night, you can put aside your worries, learn how to totally relax the body and create relaxing energy to go through your body and help you sleep. It may not be the " fastest " way, but its a pretty sure way . Evie
