Crystals and Dreaming

Hmmm... I don't know if the crystals have affected my dreams.

I've been working with a little mugwort and that stuff surely

does.

I have slept with crystals for physical purposes: sheet selenite

and various blue stones to help my throat chakra, and black

tourmaline & citrine for liver/digestive/third chakra cleanse

and balance. Seems to work pretty good.

I will be more diligent in noticing my dreams when I sleep with

certain crystals.

Hi Jennifer,

Can you explain what the difference is? Thanks. This is very

interesting.

It does make a difference whether the crystals are in the bed with

you or just near the bed, I think. And it makes a difference whether

you go to sleep holding the crystal, or it is under the pillow.

Because its a very high-energy stone... for me it generated a lot of

volatile dreams, in which I got no rest and encountered some

aggressive situations to deal with, and every little thing I had

anxieties about came to the surface. I woke up VERY tired and

irritable.

Since crystals work according to your intention, and your intention

would be different depending on where you put them (in the bed or

near the bed) or you wouldn't place them where you do... if I place a

crystal near the bed, my intention for the energy of that crystal

would be different than if I held it in my hand as I went to sleep,

in which case I would be asking for the crystal to " main-line " the

energy to me. I believe that the closer the crystal is to you, the

more amplified the energy is, and if the crystal is in contact with

your skin, then most definitely the energies would be stronger :)

Discussion on this matter is welcomed!

I'm not surprised as Red phantom is often " prescribed " for activation g

the root chakra and for vitalizing the lethargic , or apathetic people

and for health issues involving anemia and " weak blood "

and would be associated with survival energy , passion , anger etc.

also with manifesting and clarifying needs

Makes perfect sense to me. I have been sleeping with my red phantom quartz

along with a piece of selenite, an aqauamarine and a quartz crystal ... have

had extraordinary dreams thatnwhile not volatile, have certainly brought a

variety of internal inklings to the surface. I noticed that for a few days

I was quite cranky and ornery with myself but it has subsided and in its

place i've been experiencing new clarity and new energy.

The comment about red phantom quartz helping with anemia and weak blood was

also interesting as I have spent the past nine months getting my hemoglobin

count to rise back into the normal range - it had been rising slowly but

when i started sleeping with the red phantom quartz and carrying it around

with me, there was an increased rise in my hemoglobin level!
