I find this funny, and NOT because of anyone being constipated, or not. ....but because I train athletes 5 days a week and one of the drills I've been teaching them is to massage under the rib cage, the large intestine lymphatics and the small intestine lymphatics... ....for their LEG FLEXIBILITY... ....and so I do the drills with them... ....I just noticed that I've been sitting on the commode 3 to 5 times a day for the past several years.
