least,...the knees. I found out last night from my physical

therapist that

the puffy inflamed area above my tailbone may very well be a result

of the

chimopapain injection I was given in 1983 to dissolve a bulging

disk. From

the shrinkage of the disk. I would be discouraged to know that this

cannot

be corrected or alleviated to some degree. BTW, I did locate some of

your " 7

friendly circuits " in a past post thanks to Peace. Thank you Peace!

I would say many, and the number really isn't important to me. What

is

important to me is that you are joyfully you without regard to

making anyone

else comfortable. That is a great gift. There are no apologies

needed when

we each show up clearly as who we truly are.

 

Also, my definition of 'triggered' does not include offended. To my

it

means that something in my environs has caused me to react. And

since my

preference is to respond instead of reacting the act of reacting is

a clue

to me that there is some deeper process going on which I can benefit

from

examining.

 

And yes, your posts are full of wonderful information. I don't

think that

I've ever disagreed with anything you've advised or suggested.

 

Wood and Metal, huh? I'm Water and Earth, definitely a clue as to

why I

would react as I sometimes do.

 

I've also noticed a seeming difference in the tone of your posts

since the

one about the 'friendly' radiant circuits. It really does work!
